Volunteers

Make a difference. We need your help to make the 2010 Games a success.

Get together a group of your friends, co-workers or come as you are and volunteer for any of the positions listed below. We need close to 100 volunteers to ensure the Games run smoothly for all our participants.

We’ll provide you with a volunteer t-shirt, refreshments and the lasting appreciation of our participants, their carers and family members.

To apply, please contact us stating which volunteer assignment you would prefer.

The starting line official will ensure the participant has the shot-put or discus and is ready to throw. The officials who mark the distance thrown will then measure the distance and give the results to the chairperson. The return will return the objects thrown to the starting line.
